: They're not parading the pics/bodies of them to say "Yeah! We kicked their ass!" or any other kind of machoism. Rather, it's because a lot of the Iraqi people still live in fear of Saddam's rule, and we're trying to show them that they don't rule anymore. It's NOT about 'breaking their spirits'. We're just trying to show them that his regime is no longer.
