for the county fair. The weird thing is, it's full of these huge houses and has a great Skate Park. Most people who work in Ft. Wayne, IN live in Hicksville because it's a quiet little suberb with little crime and decent mortgages. It has more churches per capita than..umm..anything with a lot of churches in it.
