It's one of those "Limited Edition" marketing ploys. They actually had it at Best Buy the day it came out, so it's probably not something you have to track down.
But yeah, take your Strays CD back and trade up. It's worth the five bucks, especially since you're a fan. To make a comparison, I thought it was similar to the Incubus 'When Incubus Attacks' DVD, if you've ever seen that. It's a live/backstage/personal home videos kinda thing; not overly produced, but not shot with a camcorder, either.
