it's not so much the thrill of pointing out their short comings or their inadequicies, it is more the inability for me to not make a joke.
wether it is at my expense, which I do often enough, or at the expense of some one who has made an ass of themselves.
I wouldn't do it if you didn't do something silly.
Also, it is not a personal attack. I am not saying you are an idiot, I am saying what you said is foolish. There is a subtle difference.
