- Matt's the guy who walks up to Jay and tries to buy weed. This scene is extended in the deleted scenes, as well, and ends on a funny note with Matt going all disgusted like, "Oh, man!" after Silent Bob walks into the scene with Willam who's yelling, "Can't a guy publically masturbate...? Help, help, I'm being repressed!"
I got his age wrong above, too. He was only 28.
