also, I fear overuse might also bring back words like "grody" or "gnarly"...that may be too big a risk to take.
Although...sometimes my friends and I like to bring back the word "sike" (not sure of the spelling) as in fake complimenting each other..."That jacket is really cool! Sike!" Also synonomous with the popular "Not!" after other false statements.
