About two months ago I was hit with a rare syndrome called Guillain-Burre. My white blood cells decided that after they got done destroying a cold or infection that was in my body that my nervous cells were also a threat and attacked them. I had to spend a week in the hospital because my whole body went numb and my muscles lost all strength. I've spent the last two months since then going to physical therapy and learning to walk and go to the bathroom normally again. I'm either always stuck at home or I have to be looked after by someone when I do go out because if I walk for too long my body feels like it needs to take a nap for about three hours.

So, have any of you ever had to get over some strange ailment before?
