Some people see the internet as a place to be someone else. I don't play it that way. If anything, I'm MORE me on the internet; only a small number of real-time people get to see me say more than a few words. I'm pretty shy. People that I know, I'll babble away to the way I do here, but most people don't get more than regular pleasantries, if that... much less long diatribes on the natures of Star Wars, Buffy, and Red Dwarf. On the internet, I'll say what I damned well please. Fortunately, even in text, I'm still a pretty nice person; I don't often get myself in trouble.
I can understand your wariness as far as internet buying. But there are some places I trust. Amazon, gargantuan conglomerate that they are, is one of them. I imagine the official RD site is pretty safe, too. Or... do they have Best Buys where you are? 'Cause that's where I bought the RD DVD's. That way you could at least have seasons 1 & 2, with extra stuff.
