I'm not going to bust my hump to look for news reports that are weeks or so old. You go do that if you're so upset about it.
I wrote what you quoted below. And what I wrote is common sense.
: "Considering that he was not doped up at the time, his choice was his own."
If you know anything about contracts, if you're sober, the contract is valid. If not, then it's not valid. That's what I was saying.
: "What probably happened was that going through withdrawal, etc., his judgement became more clear and/or he didn't want anyone to see what he was going through. Which is understandable."
When people are cleaning themselves up, their viewpoints, value system, etc. DO change. Otherwise they would still be on drugs. Read up on drug addiction & you'd know.
: "And my comment about the lawyers was that no professional would have their client sign such a contract if he/she knew they were hopped up on heroin at the time. Maybe Mewes hid it well."
So what's your point on this one? Unless Mewes' lawyer was Lionel Hudson(? - not 100% sure of the name) from The Simpsons, that contract wouldn't have been signed if Mewes was exhibiting symptoms of being on something at the time.
: Do yourself a favor, you dope, walk away with your tail between your legs. You don't know anything, you're making up scenarios in your head.
I know things. Lots of 'things'.
Yes & no on the latter part. I was giving my thoughts of what possibly happened due to the news reports that I have read. I never said what I was writing was fact. Hence my use of such words: 'probably,' 'maybe,' etc.
I'd ask for your view on this but since you weren't present, I guess that's a no-no.
