Why did they employ the guy with the biggest weight and attitude problems in the world to be the sort of Wizard behind their computer systems? It's a bad enough mistake to only have one guy in the entire place who can "de-bug X number of lines of code" - but to have that guy as the most unreliable, slobbish guy in existence is just asking for trouble.
