go to missingkids.com and fbi.gov and your local police department site, etc. to find fugitives and abducted kids, you can search for abducted kids by clicking more on the picture part of missingkids.com than more search options than scroll down and there's more search options, and you can search by abductor and search fbi.gov most wanted and monthly fugitives, etc.
