That their disks are CONSTANTLY scratched and skip and piss me off!
Rented 'Zoolander' the other day (stupid, but Mugatu kills me) Get home, pop it in, and it is skipping like a mofo in the VERY FIRST SCENE! So we get up and take it back to the store. They had like 6 copies of it, we made them open every one until we found one that looked as though it would play through. This has happened countless times. BB is the only store anywhere near my house.
The least they should do is give out wipes to clean the things with a paid rental if they are not going to do it themselves.
