: Ok, I know that the standard for shooting a low budget film is on 16mm. But where can I get a 16mm camera and film? And also, how do I transfer it to a computer to edit? One more thing, in this digital age, will major film fests (Sundance, Cannes, Toronto) except films MADE on digital video (I know some films such as 'Bamboozled' and '28 Days Later' were shot on DV)?

: Thanks

you can find 16mm cameras on ebay for around 22k, as far as digital i'm not sure, but i do know that cannes and sundance and maybe others will accept them on vhs which i thought was pretty cool cause it's cheap!
