You can order them frozen and pop them in the oven- they are seasoned and everything. The difference is that it is only Turkey-stuffed with duck- stuffed with chicken, stuffed with stuffing. I served the weirdest food I could find in all of my local ethnic areas. Then we watched David Cronenberg and John Waters movies
