No, i am not part of the era. Yes your history is correct, but it is not new, actually older than the US republican era (which started with Abraham Lincoln as the first republican president) but i agree with it, but i have not personal standing with the IRA - i am a quarter Russian, a quarter German and half Spanish - but i am a republican.
