Back to the original point of this thread, "The Awful Truth" is quite good. There are some points where it gets obvious that they didn't really have any good ideas for a particular episode or two, but for the most part, this series kicked ass. Some VERY powerful moments. My favorite, which always gets to me, is when Michael has several throat cancer victims sing Christmas carols to reps at the major tobacco companies. Hilarious, depressing, controversial, and impossible not to enjoy. Give it a shot.
