way that I found offensive, just that I was lucky enough to have had a wonderful childhood and as my dad has been a residential social worker, working with abused children, I'm all too aware of the fact that ALOT of people don't have a childhood at all - and that in itself makes me sad!
Like you have said in the past on your website, I too am often accused by my friends and family of being TOO open with people. But the way I see it, why should you feel you CAN'T talk about something? If you're comfortable with it, go for it - I don't believe that we should make certain subjects TABOO it just leads to ignorance.
