OK, here's my list:
1. Talking on the phone. I hate talking on the phone, and avoid it at all costs.
2. Hearing about how cheap new computer parts are, but never having the extra cash to purchase any of them. My trackman Marble died a few months ago from sever static-electric shock, and I've been using a basic roller mouse, sans wheel, ever since.
3. Stupid people. Stupid people everywhere bother me. More than that, it's all the protection we have built into society to keep these people around: warnings on electric devices about not using them in a bath tub, fences around freeways, those fucking star-shaped screws that prevent you from taking apart anyhting really cool because all you have in the garage are flat-heads and Phillips head screwdrivers, with possibly an Allen-wrench set wthout a size 5. I say, let the stupid people hurt themselves.
4. People who drive either 25 miles over the speed limit or those who go 5 under. Those people who speed often try to ride my tail-end until I downshift and speed up, which is a bad reaction I can blame on the testosterone. Those people who go under the speed limit always do it on roads you can't pass them on, when you're in a hurry, and are oblivious to the swearing and hand-waving designed to encourage them to go faster.
5. People who can't park. I went to see X2 the other night, and when I came out of the theater I literally could not get in the driver's seat of my car. One asshole in a Honda had parked crooked, the van next to it overcompensated, and the cars began shifting to the right down the row. I was 10 cars away from the freaking Honda, but I still had to let my roommate (who is far thinner than I) squeez into the seat and drive home. Man did I let loose some swearing in that parking lot, though.
6. The rising cost of Internet sevice. I thought technology always got cheaper over the years. Of course, I can buy a 56k modem for 8 bucks, but actually dialing into a service is now over the $20 mark (at least, for a reliable service). Damn that, I'm using the university's access next year.
7. Bad movies. Did you see the Core? Don't. It was terrible. It wouldn't bother me so much, but the cathphrase to describe the movie was "The movie that puts science back into science fiction". That pissed me off so bad.
I'm going to stop here. I am going to think tranquil thoughts, forgive others for being so retarded, and get some rest.
