: I'm surrounded by a huge bunch of people who fit group two and
: three,
-Most everyone is.

: Morals are all I have left.
-Morals are great things to live your life BY, but there's got to be more to live your life FOR. At the very least, you can live just for the good experience to put on your dead resume (experience: one full life, qualifications: dead, previous employers: my old body).

: I can't agree with you there. Some of the best people I have ever known have killed themselves,
-I still think they they fell into the third group, who gave up on figuring out the point of life and therefore gave up on life. There are a lot more suicidal people than serial killers, but I think they are extreme ends of the same syndrome. I'm not saying people who kill themselves are the same as people who kill others. I just mean that the reasons for committing the acts spring from the same source. Call it a lack of faith in Life, or a misunderstanding of the value of being. Good people sometimes get it wrong, that's all.

: You gotta remember I"m a pure bred artist, and sure I think they got weak when the world got ugly...the thing I don't, won't and can't understand is why humans feel the need to get ugly when, if they could just see the beauty and humor in things, they well, I guess they just can't SEE!
-Yes, because they don't take the time to think for themselves; stop and smell the roses, and all that rot. I think if people tried to sort it out in the most simple, practical terms, they'd feel a lot better about it all.

: Good grief!!!!!! what's a girl like me doing in a PLACE like this?
-Oh, the cosmic question. If I could answer that, I'd practically know it ALL.

: Most people are a good sort, and don't wish harm on others; they just don't think for themselves.
::That doesn't make me feel better somehow. I didn't sign on for this any more than you have to answer this. BUT I would appreciate it if you would. I'd owe you one in fact!!!
-Well, you should think about it like this: there is no malice in most of what the world throws your way. Everyone is in the same boat, very few of us have got the oars, and there is a waterfall at the end even if we did. So, you've really only got two choices: toil through it and be miserable all the time; or try to relax, take things as they come, and enjoy it as much as possible. That's really all there is to it (well, there's more, but that's the gist).

Hope that helps a bit. Or at the very least doesn't confuse you any more than you already are.
