: : (>What's the last most disturbing film you've seen lately?
: I saw Mulholland Drive, that was pretty disturbing? Sort of but not too bad!
Oh, I saw Vulgar a couple weeks ago. Some of that was disturbing. All of that is
disturbing!
I don't watch disturbing films for the same reason I don't watch Reality TV: too much
sensationalism. I don't watch reality TV because it's just bad soap operas.
Too many filmmakers just want to shock their audience for the effect's sake, and
couldn't tell a decent story if their lives depended on it. Some Sci-Fi movies are
disturbing: The Day the Earth Stood Still for one. But it was a GOOD disturbing
movie. AMEN!
: : !)>WHat was/is the most enjoyable moment of this day?
: I cleaned house with one of my roommates. The carpets got waaay cleaner. That
felt pretty good.
I pruned and topiaried dome trees and watered them ! That felt great!
: : Nice to see ya!
There's a book by Peter Watson, it's calledWISDOM and STRENGTH..have you
