I'm on Niagara Mohawk and we lost and gained our power about the same times as you. My wife insisted that we needed to drive to my in-laws (who had power) on Saturday afternoon. My one greatest fear was that we would leave (thus forcing me to spend time with my in-laws) and our power would come back on, so I tried to hold out as long as I could.
We left the house at 3:00.
