I'm not doing too bad today. I ended up falling back to sleep around 6am. I hate panic attacks. They are the worst when it wakes you out of a sound sleep. But I back to the point.....I have to attend a birthday party for my neice at chuck e. cheese, but that is the only thing scheduled today.
