There is full frontal..kind of gratuitious in my opinion, and it also isn't Spader. It is interesting though, although not a movie I would watch more than once. But I was intrigued when it hit the theaters, so I sort of feel like I had to watch it.
I'd say rent it if you like spader or the maggie with too many consonants in her last name, but if not, it won't be a void in your life if you decide to take a pass.
