Here there's no smoking in bars and restaurants smaller than 430sqf and bigger that must have at least 60% of the area for customers non-smoking. If there's a smoking area, it should be so air-conditioned that there's not even a smell of smoke in the non-smoking area.
There's no smoking in areas that have children under 18yrs close. It means no smoking next to daycare or school or family restaurants. People working with under 18yros are not allowed to smoke at work.
Workplaces must show workers a smoking place that can't be close to a door and the employer can refuse to give a smoking break.
If a smoking place is indoors, it has to be so airtight it doesn't let even the smell out.
No smoking indoors. Not even in your own apartment, if air-conditioning is shared like in most apartment buildings here.

But hey, it's easy to remember. Just don't smoke if there's a roof or kids.
