Answering everything at once! Oh yeah baby! Okay...

Angelus --

Most folks in occult and magickal circles these days avoid the term "black magic". It's racist to imply that black = evil and white = good. Besides which, different colors are used in some magickal practices, and using black doesn't mean one has bad intentions. So "black magic" is too confusing of a phrase.

Using magic with bad intentions is obviously dangerous; especially since the basic principle of magic is "what you send out returns to you".

Astral projection IS real, as anyone who's had an out of body experience can attest to.

On another subject -- I'm excited about "Glamorama". Kip Pardue is such a cutie patootie. And "Rules of Attraction" wasn't a terrible translation of the book, although they kind of fucked it up by playing down the bisexuality, making Sean the main character, and moving it from the 80's to the 90's. The book was so specifically 80's -- the drugs, the sexual swinging, the bad music. But I think Avery could do a decent job with "Glam" as well.

That's all I had to say. Why do I always try to talk about things from the last board? I don't know.
