My wife likes to do videos, (along with walking, biking, weights, etc) for exercise. I do these with as 1. I could use the exercise myself and 2. I want to support her.
So we buy this 10-pack of DVD exercise videos (which I know from the price that they are crap - but she wants them so I say YES). Last night she decided she wanted to check them out. Among alll the various workouts there was a Jazzercise type workout - "Let's try this one!" she says. So I pop in the DVD and who is leading the workout?

Yup. The one who... Yup Traci Fuckin Lords.
My wife was not as surprised as I was, even though she knows who Traci is.
The funniest part was the various 'moves' she demonstrated, unlike any other exercise tape I've ever seen, and much akin the an aorobics tape for porn stars.
