...in the UK a sunday roast beef dinner is NOT complete without yorkshire pudding (or roast potatoes of course!) Heres how you make yorks puds (it may give you more of an idea of how they taste):
Put some flour in a bowl, break in 2 eggs and whisk with water and/or milk until you get the same consistency as pancake batter. Pour a drop of the batter into a large roasting tin or into the individual "cups" of a muffin/cake tray (that has been greased with a little oil or dripping from the meat that has been melted) and put in the oven for 20 mins or so.
In the Uk its also quite traditional to eat beef dripping on toast (yep, we're gross I know!)
