recently i had a craving for northern beans, onion and ham mixed with hotsauce. Now, I generally hate beans and not real fond of either ham or hot sauce, and i ate three bowls in two days!

an awesome salad with mixed spring greens, mushrooms, purple onions, banana peppers, tomato, black olives , good crutons and a very good italian dressing, a really good pasta in a cream and tomato (sundried tomatoes would be really good) based sauce with fresh basil and lots of garlic, and a lean thick steak medium rare.......*drool*
