Starter: Smoked salmon with black pepper and triangles of brown bread and butter
Main: Skate wings grilled in butter and capers with salad
Dessert: Creme brulee
: 5. Dream wine to accompany. It wouldn't really go with the above, but my fav wine is a californian wine called Magnificat - it kicks ass literally! A big juicy red. But for the above probably a chablis or billecart salmon champagne.

: 7. Fave resturaunt? a pub near me called The Twelve Bells - run by a guy who looks like Bilbo Baggins, the pub is like the hobbit hole with stone tiled floors and open fires, and the food and beer is incredible!
