it might be a bit late now, but go out and get some ZICAM. its a nasal spray for colds and flus. it does help the symptoms a bit, but its really for cutting the duration of the flu/cold. i take it whenever i feel something coming on, and i havent been sick more than a few days since i started using it. the shit really works. i used to be sick for at least a week with colds, now, no more than a few days.
