In the orignal star wars, han shoots greedo, killing him.
In the remake from a few years ago, added footage shows "greedo shooting first", thus making han shooting him self-defense, instead of the orignal murder motive, from the old version

: the line is "the worst idea since GREEDO shooting first" which he is obviously referring to Greedo in star wars the green headed creature who stops Han in the cantina and tells him Jabba wants his money and eventually says I have been looking forward to killing you for a long time, he shoots at han and han dodges and kills him. I'm not sure what the bad idea was but that's pretty obviously what he is referring to.
: Now, to save the citizens of the lowly town I live in from doing nothing but sitting around and getting drunk all night only to wake up tomorrow morning with a hangover and bitch about it when they realize they could have had just as much fun if they just would have sat around and BSed without the beer because all the beer does is bring alot of people into a area so they can BS and the beer makes it feel like they are doing something which in fact they are they are getting drunk, why not just do something else that has the same equivalency of relevance such as keeping track of how much pepsi you drink, limiting yourself and telling everyone im on my third pepsi and such, alright enough of this tirade, i am off
