What was cut, and more importantly, why wasn't it released unrated on DVD? Lion's Gate did it with VULGAR, why not RULES?

: Got the Lions Gate DVD today as I wanted to check the film out before watching the uncut UK cinema release. I must say its pretty damn excellent, the cuts are fairly obvious
