It is irrelevant. As someone in the same industry as Kevin, I need not ask for a job. I have plenty of work on my plate. It was merely an attempt to finally make contact with Kevin as I have no other contact info.
I do however on the other hand appreciate your prompt overall concern to make me aware of such guidelines.
