Buddhism. Or, for that matter, several other religions which don't believe in killing (Amish, certainly). They can draft you, but they can't make you fight, you'll be drafted and pressed into service around America, like mowing the lawn at the army base or whatever. Related to the 'conscientious objector' thing, but more based specifically on religion than belief that you could be lying about.
