Bullseye is just a regular guy, a deadly reagular guy with the knowledge of how to use anything as a ranged weapon.
In the comic Bullseye just has a white bullseye on the forhead of his black costume. Supposedly in the movie you could see him carve it into his forehead, but it was edited out (as was much of the movie) to lower the "R: rating.
::who the fuck was bullseye? was he a mutant? how did he get that bullseye on his head? did he have super powers? or was he just another average guy who could throw shit fast.
