Considering that we use plastic to keep the cold out of the house on all the windows in the frozen tundra of the north where we live, I highly doubt that plastic over the windows and duct tape is going to do a heck of a lot to help stave off toxins.
If the dust of ND can get through, so can gases.
Whose idea was this anyway? Congress? Sounds like somebody's bureaucratic BS, anyway...
