Writer's Block, help needed.

I've got two essays do tomorrow in english. Well not essays, they can be anything, any style, but they're still due. Everything I think of writing seems just too big to write myself; ideas are coming and going through my head and I just can't focus on one thing and figure out how to write it. I'm essentially utterly lost, any help?
