That happened in New York with a subway a while back, so it's possible Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Night just followed/read about that story. What's odd is that Law And Order defeated a bunch of child pornographers by pouring glasses of water on them, after they found out that water kills child pornographers.
