So, I've been lurking on these boards for a few days, hoping to jump in on a topic that intrigues me. Problem is, by the time I get on here (or get off here, whichever), the posts that have attracted my attention have already had the good points taken. And since I don't believe in posting a simple, "YEAH!" or, "COOL!", or, "He stuck his head up a...ON PURPOSE?!", I decided to post my own topic and have the mountain come to me, as it were.

So...

Um...

Ah...

Okay, that was pointless. No, wait! I've got it! Completely random questions designed to lure people into a conversation. So, just feel free to answer honestly and brutally, as none of this will be recorded just so the government can continue creating dossiers on you screwballs...er, model citizens. And no, my name is not Poindexter.

Topics of choice:

Favorite Movie
Favorite Band/Singer
Favorite Star Wars Character
Favorite Comedian

There you go. Feel free to go the other direction, too. I'd love to see what a worst list around here looks like. And so you don't feel to bashful, go ahead and remove your pants and step closer to the window...I mean I'll go first.

Jaws is the first movie I really got into as a kid, and I still enjoy it to this day. I ask you, is it so wrong for a three year old to draw hundreds of pictures of a shark eating his Daddy?

My favorite Music Artist, bar none, is Jerry Cantrell. From his days in Alice in Chains to his current solo projects (BUY "THE DEGREDATION TRIP"), his understated guitar chords and haunting voice have really touched something inside of me that probably should've been left alone (but I'm glad it wasn't).

He ain't really featured in the movies, but Wes Janson is my favorite character out of the whole universe. Hi, my name is GWH and I'm a Star Wars-aholic.

As far as comedians go, there are too many to list as my absolute personal favorite. The masters like Lenny Bruce and George Carlin are all worth watching, as are established stars like Robin Williams and, to a certain extent, Lewis Black. As far as up-and-comers go, Stephen Lynch is making me giggle like a little girl. And that's sad for me, really.

So, what are your opinions?
