The book mentioned below, printed by Kitchen Sink press, has the entire script plus some other little goodies in it. It is no longer available (so Negative Creep, don't bother with the waiting list) and will never be available anywhere else but the aftermarket. Kitchen Sink filed for bankruptcy and went under.
These books have gone for as high as a few hundred dollars on ebay, but I've seen them go for under $50.
