Just a harmless query for a Friday afternoon. Does anyone think real estate in Asbury Park is a good (albeit long-term) investment? This place has always seemed to me to be too ideally situated to be in the dire straits it's in. Real estate is so inexpensive as well. Will any of the rebuilding efforts be successful? Or will it remain a backdrop for numerous VA films? Any opinions?
