I've just seen clips of the video, but the reason they're in there is because she's trying to say:
1. Anorexic women view themselves as ugly/fat & should just view themselves as beautiful.
2. Cross-dressing men shouldn't be ashamed of what they do & find beauty in themselves since they don't hurt anyone. I don't find them attractive really, but to each their own.
