I've got a 16mm that was Russian made, on it's way from Uzbecistan
(sp?) that I found on ebay for $230(shipping from Uzbechistan(attempt#2)
and ebay fees or whatever included.)and they have several. I forget
the brand name, but it starts with a K, and if you type in "16mm Movie
Camera" you will certainly see a couple, but then type in the brand
when you know it, and you will find several, all with different levels
of desirability and price. I chose to just "buy it now" and not
waste god time dicking with the auction, just find what you want
and get it! But you may want to investigate digital, as in the long
run( and even the not so distant run, relatively speaking) it's
going to much cheaper to USE, if not cheaper to GET. See my other
couple of posts for some good books that will enlighten and inspire
you a pretty great deal, and answer many question you've got, and
many you didnt know you needed an answer to. Shit on it, here they are

be grateful to have the emense knowledge of these two tomes at
there disposal and possibly, carry them in your coat pocket
next to your idea pad and pen(got one of those?).

It's unbelievable. Actually, it's very believable! Have you seen Citizen Cane or Cain or whatever?
