Yes, I had the same problem. It will remove easily if you
pull from one of the top two corners, as the bottom two
have a spell cast against them or something, and press
in the middle real good before pulling upward. It is
a very awkward design, I also feel.
: This question is for everyone else that has bought 'An Evening with Kevin Smith.' I find the DVD's really hard to take out of the case. Is this so with anyone else? I try to push the plastic thing in the middle and that never helps so I just try to pull up the DVD on the sides and I practically bend the DVD in half trying to pull it out. Has anyone else found the DVD's are terribly difficult to remove?
