: Dario Argento is my FAVORITE. I acknowledge that his films are full of flaws, but I love them nontheless (well, excepting SLEEPLESS). I love the sheer lunacy of his visual style and some of his ideas, it strikes me as being really ballsy filmmaking that throws a lot of the rules out the window and just seems to revel in filmmaking for the hell of it. I fully understand why that would be off-putting to some folks, but it gives me goosebumps and I love it.

I thought spielberg fucked it up big time. Kubrick had the vision, but apparently his friend didnt. Think Kubrick would have done a better job on AI if he had directed it?
