I believe it's tied in with the Frank Miller story lines - the best ever of course of any Daredevil time period. Sorry Kev. His first issue was #158 and he, in my opinion, brought the Bullseye and Kingpin characters to life during his run as the mags' writer. It's still my favorite title to date.
