I have been wondering for a long time how an unknown epitomy of the independent filmmaker was able to get the songs into his film. Does anyone know if the songs were added later? Basically, my angle is the permission aspect. Did he just call someone up and say 'hey, I wanna use this in my film'? Are they even real bands? Does anyone even know the answer?
