It really did hurt. It can be likened to having someone pull those little hairs out of your back for an hour. Heh, not too fun at all.
I'm not worried about it looking bad when i'm old. I got it on my back for that specific reason, and not my stomach or arm. If i ever gain/lose weight, or get pregnant or anythign like that, chances are my back will go unaffected. As for when i'm old, fuck it. I'll already be a foul-mouthed bitter hag, why not a foul-mouthed bitter hag with a tattoo?
If you have parental consent, you can be sixteen and get a tattoo. At least in NY state. When your 18, you can get it without.
