After recieving the coordinate of their homewolrd from Dr. Geiger (the scientist who merged the 2 Quinns and "accidentily" unstuck Colin)the group landed on a world where a psychic had been monitering their journey. He informs them that the next slide they take will be their last, the moment they emerge from the wormhole they will all die.The Kromaggs had once invaded this world, but were driven away by a synthetic virus.The psychic's daughter who plans to cash in the their worldwide fame, destroys the times so they cannot leave. The take a sample of the virus and use a Kromagg sliding machine to create a wormhole and set the coordinates for Rembrant's world (Earth Prime: where the show started) in the hopes of using the irus to defeat the 'Maggs, but the machine is damaged and the vortex unstable. Fearing this is the warning the psychic was talking about, Rembrants inject himself with the virus and enters the wormhole alone. The episode (and the show) ends with the 3 remaining members of the group staring at the spot where the vortex had been and wondering their friends' fate. The last words on the show are spoken by Mallory: "What do we do now?" And that's hopw it ends. We don't know what happens to Rembrant, the others, and are simply left wondering.
