its that time again!! Monday!! 9am. uugggg....and to top it off im getting sick (i sneezed about 30 times this morning. yep i counted)!!
but besides being monday and getting sick and it being damn cold out there i dont think i have too much to complain about. but the day is still young!!!....
as you may or maynot know....GNR tour is nomore. (poolfool will be happy). according to my sources, axl skipped out on the philly show, riot as usual, the tour promoters and record company had had enough and bagged the tour. so if anyone is supposed to go see them, check first. i believe there is a story about it on metal-sludge.com. so i caught the very last gnr show!! go me.
on to my weekend. sat i had another craft fair at my old elementary school. it seemed to have gotten alot smaller than i remember. some of my old teachers are still there. scary. kindergarten teacher, 2nd grade, 6th grade. weird.
i didnt sell anything again BUT the lady who was next to us LOVED my business card that i did for myself and has hired me to make cards for her. i also took an order for a personalized box (sisters friend) and alot of people took my card for portraits (i prob wont hear from anyone though). plus my x wants another portrait of him (and yes he will pay me). so all in all that show was a slight success.
that night looked to be a dead night. my friends band was supposed to play but cancelled. then i saw my dads friends band was playing so i went to go see them. alone. noone wanted to go with me. :(
so i went in my wonderwoman garb (a wonderwoman tank top that i had just got with matching undies that shrank in the wash). at first it wasnt that crowded but it started filling up pretty quickly. when they went on break i started talking to my dads friend about gnr and shit. then the singer (who is cute-but i wouldnt touch with a 10ft pole) came over and bought me a drink but then got bitched at for talking to me by someone who wasnt even his girlfriend. eveytime we talked to each other she would come over and literally drag him away. kinda funny seeing as how i have a man, he has a girlfriend, and SHE has a BOYFRIEND!! so i was laughing. everytime hed come over id say 'your gonna get in trouble!!' he couldnt get over my wonderwoman 'outfit' and the fact it came with matching undies. so he was buying me drinks all night. then i saw a guy i used to go to HS with (who i thought was so cute then). he seems to now have a receeding hairline and def not as cute as he was back in his hayday. (this is for michelleinmichigan)...so he starts talking to me and telling me he remembers me etc (i played it off like i had no idea who he was). then he was saying how hes been noticing me around etc. i def laughed (seeing as how i was just talking about this). but i played it off like i had no clue who he was etc. that id have to go home and look him up in the yearbook. he said 'well i def remember you. from school and parties and bars. yeah ive def noticed you'. whatEVER!!! didnt want me then? cant have me now!!!
my dads friends all showed up and we were all partying and getting naked (well they were anyway.). shots and beers and getting drunk. i also got free jewelry for being wonderwoman. i gotta wear that tank top more often!!!
well that was my weekend. i didnt have a hangover thank god. but i def had fun (and they played tool for me---shut up poolboy with your sillyness).
